Appointments
Making an appointment at Yellow Wattle Psychology is straightforward. Whether it’s your first time seeing a psychologist or you’re returning to therapy, we’re here to make the process as clear and supportive as possible.
What to Expect
The first session is about getting to know you. Your psychologist will introduce themselves, outline confidentiality and privacy, and answer any questions you may have about therapy.
Together you’ll talk about your current situation, what’s brought you in, and what you hope to work towards. From there, your psychologist will help create a plan tailored to your personal goals.
